If sitting is not for you, then how about a walk and talk, open air and green space. Counselling while walking and talking outside, is offered as an alternative to the traditional therapy room setting.
The purpose is to offer an outdoor space for you to explore any issues or problems that have been bothering you in a natural outdoor environment and while taking in the fresh air and giving your body the daily exercise it requires.
We will walk at a pace which suits you. Walking can increase oxygen to the brain which in turn helps to produce endorphins and gives us a feeling of being okay with the world.
Our initial consultation will take place in a counselling room, via skype or telephone. We will discuss your preferences such as meeting place, management of time, the weather and the pace etc.

Standard charge: £50 per hour

Rescheduling or cancellations
24hr notice is required for any cancellation to avoid charges.
All counselling is confidential and covered by the Data Protection Act and in accordance with the BACP ethical framework.
