Individual Counselling

Many of the personal problems faced can arise in the context of our relationships and family background. I can work with you to make sense of long-standing patterns of thinking and behaviour, increase your understanding, and confront destructive patterns, working towards beneficial change.

I believe that for meaningful change to take place, it can be important to explore the origins of a problem, rather than focus only on the symptoms. I will work with you to help identify deeply held, often unconscious, beliefs or attitudes that can impact on the issue.
